Why can't I specify a shipping address?
For security purposes, we can only ship tickets to the billing address on file with the credit card company that is used for your purchase.
Do you sell used or non-current outboards?
No. We sell only brand new current model year outboards. On rare occasion we may have a non-current during a model year change, if this was the case, a sale would be clearly posted on our home page.
What is you Dealer Code/Name and do I need to send in the Warranty Card?
Your new outboard will include a warranty registration card in the box. You do NOT need to mail in this card to Tohatsu. We will register the outboard on your behalf with Tohatsu. Warranty begins once the unit has shipped.
Why wasn't the Pre-Delivery Inspection form filled out?
Pre-Delivery Inspection forms do not need to be completed for outboards below 25hp. Outboards below 25hp are factory tank tested prior to being crated and receive a QC passed tag.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Interac e-Transfer. When paying by Interac e-Transfer you will receive an additional 2% discount that is added at the time of checkout. Visa Debit and MasterCard Debit are not accepted at this time (use Email Money Transfer instead).
